Note for 02 Dec 01: I went with John, Rob and Tom. Temperatures were around -5°C (23°F). A quick 45 minute approach. Very wet chandeliered pillar at the bottom. The rest was easy WI-3 to the top.

07 Jan 01 - This is when the ice is really fat. When we did the climb, the bottom curtain was a chandeliered pillar, and the top wasn't filled out like it is in this picture.

02 Dec 01 - This is when we climbed it. As you can tell, it wasn't as fat this time.

02 Dec 01 - Here we see Rob, myself and Tom getting ready to climb. We solo'd to a ledge half way up the first pitch, then we roped up. John actually solo'd the entire thing. Most of these pictures are John's pictures.

02 Dec 01 - Here we see John (just his shadow) soloing up the bottom pillar.

02 Dec 01 - John went first on the pillar, then Rob led a belay'd climb. Here is Rob leading, just about to top out. He's looking for that perfect placement.

02 Dec 01 - Here is Tom starting the belay'd part of the pitch. It looked worse than it really was. The hard part was actually stepping out from the backside of the pillar to the front.

02 Dec 01 - Finally, it was my turn. Here I am half way up the pillar. It was pretty easy once you got on it.
