On a typical football week (no Thursday or Saturday games), picks are due Thursday. This way I can put together everyone's picks on one sheet and people can print it out at work before heading home for the weekend. After all the games have been played, I'll post the results. If you do not submit your picks for a given week, you will receive the score of the last place person for that week.
