Quick Asian Shrimp Soup - Simple and very good. Red Curry Chicken - A good dish, but cook in a well ventilated kitchen. Red Curry Chicken with Bamboo Shoots - similar to the one above. Shrimp with Lobster Sauce - No lobsters were hurt in the making of this classic dish. Thai Chicken Satay - Satay is such a wonderful food, and fairly easy to make. Thai Curry Chicken with Spinach - A nice chicken and spinach dish with Curry. Thai Drunken Beef - A nice Thai dish and fairly easy to make. Thai Green Curry Beef - Green Curry isn't as spicy as red. Thai Grilled Herb Chicken - Pretty much what it says. It's grilled, it's got a lot of herbs on it, etc. Thai Masaman Beef Curry - The hardest part here is finding the cardamom pods and masaman curry. Thai Spiced Beef - This makes a wrap filling. Thai Stir Fry Chicken Ginger - A classic Thai stir-fry. Side Dishes: Fried Rice - Mamason's Fried Rice Recipe. Thai Salad Rolls - Like a spring roll, but not fried. Desserts: Pineapple-filled Coconut Bars - Just what it sounds like Vietnamese Iced Coffee - Tastes like melted Haagen-Dazs coffee ice cream. |
