Note for 20 Aug 06: I went with Blair Piggot and Brett Weisser. We climbed the NE Shoulder Route, which is also known as the Helmuth Matdies route. It goes at Alpine II 5.6. We all thought the climb was a great day out, and the route is very similar to Eisenhower Tower, but a little bit stiffer. A great day with no residual snow on the route.
