Dave's Alpine Climbs: Jasper National Park

Although it's a long way away, this is my favourite area for climbing. There are tons of glaciers around here. It's just a shame that it's 4 to 5 hours from Calgary. On the down side, this area gets a lot of bad weather. Much more than Banff or Yoho. The Columbia Icefields falls into this park and that place is in whiteout conditions 11 months of the year.
